| sabrina-fair | My name is Sabrina Io'Ana (yuh-ah-nuh) - namesake of the film starring Audrey Hepburn, a timeless beauty. I was born on April 19th in 1986 and have lived in Michigan my entire life. After graduating from high school in 2004, I moved to Allendale to attend uni at Grand Valley State University. After a year, I moved to downtown Grand Rapids, got another year and a half under my belt, and decided to move back to the Ann Arbor area to work while I figure out what route I want to take school-wise. So, since January of 2007, I have been working as an assistant at the University of Michigan hospital, where I used to temp during the summers.| love life | I've been dating my extremely handsome and intelligent boyfriend since September 18th of 2004. Together we have one little bb - a cute little puppy named Oliver, born on the 2nd of February in 2006. We enjoy doing a lot of traveling à la roadtrips, trying new things, camping, doing naturey stuff, and recently took up water sports with the purchase of a new jet boat.| moar | The cliche "a walking contradiction" really suits me. I hate change in certain aspects of my life, but in others, I hate being one way or place for too long. One minute I want something, the next I don't. There are so many different things I'm interested in, but I have no idea what I want to do with my life.
Bill says I have expensive taste, but what can I say? I like what I like. I'm not one to purchase things for their label or marketing ploys. I have an eye for classy, elegant things. Elegant clothes, shoes, handbags, cars, houses, architecture, and antiques are a few of my weaknesses.
One of my passions in life is photography. I'm always looking at things in terms of photographs, and I love being able to help people see beauty in things they normally wouldn't. It's also kind of my way of having everything I've ever wanted. I really have yet to break through into the professional world of it all, but I have had some of my photos published in newspapers and magazines, and I shot my first wedding on June 16th of 2007! My Flickr gallery is full of photos - the good and the bad - and it'd tickle me pink if you checked it out!
I also enjoy antique shopping, and thankfully, Bill doesn't mind tagging along! I recently took up crafting, as well, so now I make my own photo frames and framed cork boards! Hopefully I'll have a store up on Etsy soon, so keep checking back! | | links+resources | none atm :)
